George II Kneehole Petite Desk
Petite and well proportioned George II period kneehole desk.
Fitted a long drawer above the kneehole, enclosed cupboard, flanked by graduated drawers to the pedestals raised on carved bracket feet.
The lock to the cupboard has been removed (still present and included in the sale – photographed) and replaced by a simple switch locking mechanism. The key and lock mechanism to the long drawer in smooth working order.
