18th Century French Cabinet Ebonised Oak

An impressive 18th century French provincial ebonised carved oak cabinet.

Constructed from thick cuts of solid oak.

A pair of arched fielded paneled doors – enclosed shelving – with guilloche borders above a flower carved apron and raised on scroll legs.

Complete with lock and key in smooth working order.

Offered in good condition. Evidence of historic woodworm to back to be expected with age. No longer active though treated as a precaution.
